2. Eligibility for Refunds

Clients may request a refund within 30 days of the original payment date if one or more of the following applies:

  • The service purchased was not delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.

  • The client has not yet received any substantial deliverables (reports, strategy documents, or completed consultations).

  • There was a technical error or duplicate charge when processing payment.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The service has already been substantially delivered (for example, if consulting sessions were completed, strategy documents provided, or reports delivered).

  • The dissatisfaction is due to subjective results (e.g., client expected outcomes not guaranteed by Wolf Senders LLC).

  • The refund request is made after 30 days from the payment date.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request to info@wolf-senders.com within 30 days of payment.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (payment receipt or invoice).

  3. Clearly state the reason for requesting the refund.

Our team will review the request within 7 business days and provide a written response. If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, Wolf Senders LLC may offer a partial refund if part of the service was delivered but not completed in full. The amount will be calculated based on the portion of work already carried out.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized consulting sessions that have already taken place.

  • Completed strategy reports, audits, or documents that were already delivered.

  • Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., paid advertising costs, external software subscriptions).

6. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied but not eligible for a refund under the above conditions, Wolf Senders LLC will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Provide additional clarification or revisions to the service.

  • Offer a credit toward a future consulting package.
